Titanium Update

Although we have not reestablished our supply of beautiful Rainbow Titanium (see note in blue below), I had the urge to play with some of the odds-n-ends we have from our current inventory.

As I laid everything out, I was inspired to group pieces of titanium together based on color, shape, quality (Metallic, Crystalline, Satin-matte), and size.

I thought that I would offer these for sale on the "Titanium Seconds" page at a reduced rate. Be sure to check them out - there are some great deals here!

Sincerely,
Chris

Sometimes with an economic downturn, there is a price to be paid. In our case here at Gage Designs, we have lost our supply line of Rainbow Titanium at least for the short term.

Because we also need our inventory of titanium for the many bead shows we attend over the course of the year, after February 1, 2010, we will no longer have available on our web site the titanium you are used to seeing.

Hopefully, this will only be for the near future. Our hope is to bring back the titanium to our web site ASAP.

Sincerely,
Holly and Chris Gage

Rainbow Sculpture Titanium is an amazing metal to work with coming in a variety of colors and free - formed shapes. It is impossible to capture all the beauty and sparkle of titanium in pictures -- the play of light and varying hues. No two pieces are alike and the photos below are examples representing only a fraction of the color spectrum. Each type of titanium comes in colors ranging from gold, bronze, pink, green, blue and purple to a full brilliant rainbow. The most widely available color would be in the blue and purple range, while pinks and greens are more rare. All pictures are taken with studio lighting. I make the best attempt at posting accurate pictures, however all monitors are calibrated differently so please keep that in mind when making a purchase.

I encourage you to go to "About Titanium and Frequently Asked Questions" before you make a purchase.

Please visit us at the next bead show to see additional selections of titanium.

Let us select and send you a gorgeous piece of
Crystalline Titanium.
You pick the size and we'll hand select a piece you'll love.
Crystalline Titanium
is a beautiful rainbow of color and light. The surface of the titanium has small prisms that catch the sun with every movement. Crystalline titanium results from a titanium condensate that forms in the furnace. It tends to be thinner than other forms of titanium offered here on this site. In some instances, the titanium can stand alone and other times it will need to be mounted for additional support.

Although we make every attempt to photograph our titanium using studio light to portray its true color and size, we have no control over your computer monitor and calibrations that you use to view it on. We provide you with exact measurements in mm that include: length at its longest point, width at its widest point, and height or depth at its thickest point. If you have any questions before purchasing our titanium, please email gageman@ptd.net, or call 717-445-5755.

Titanium Sparkle
Titanium sparkle is approximately 10 grams of Titanium less than 15 mm. These small pieces are great for small prong settings or to be set in resin, polymer, epoxy and whatever your imagination can think up. Each bag of sparkle is different and for $25.oo it is quite a bargain.
